Description

SALVA's static intermediate proofer is designed so the pieces of dough do not change hoppers during proofing. All hoppers of the same level are emptied at the same time onto the output belt. It also adapts perfectly to dough dividing and moulding systems by both SALVA and other manufacturers. RESPECT FOR THE DOUGH The minimum movement of the portions respects the dough inside the chambers. TECHNOLOGY Electronically-controlled automated movement. EFFICIENT Static proofing decreases the stress of the dough, producing a high-quality product. VERSATILITY Can be used with a wide range of doughs.
