The new QH331 heavy-duty mobile cone crusher is powered by the emissions-compliant CAT engine that is capable of generating 261 kW or 350 hp. With this new engine model, the engine that used to have hydraulics now has a direct driving system because of the wet clutch. This lowers the machine's fuel consumption while improving performance. Aside from that, the QH331 mobile cone combines the innovations of the CH430 cone and CSC (cubical shape crushing) technique developed by Sandvik to achieve better performance and easier operation. Some of its other features include a new hydraulic with a hydroset facility for improved dependability, and an enhanced power transfer for an improved close side setting and larger bush variation to achieve precision crushing.
