Food cutting machine 2013 LT series

Designed and manufactured to meet European standards for CE certification, they have been used in professional kitchens for many years. The bowl is located away from the motor to prevent heating the products. Blade speed 1400 rpm with a “pulse” function and a motor brake on the 5 and 8 litre versions. They are extremely practical and can chop, cut and mix a large variety of products, considerably reducing processing time in the kitchen. They are safe because they are fitted with 24-Volt low-voltage controls, a safety microswitch on the lid and 2 safety microswitches on the bowl. Anodized aluminium body, stainless-steel tank and transparent polycarbonate lid. The machine is supplied with a blade unit fitted with sharp stainless steel blades. An optional blade unit with perforated blades is available for mixing.
