Energy efficient spindle family The four spindle types cover the yarn count range from Ne 6/2 to Ne 160/2. The twisting range extends from 123 to 2800 T/m. Cross-wound delivery package 6", tapered to 5°57‘; max. outer diameter 300 mm. VTS-11 Spindle speed up to: 15.000 U/min. Feed package 6", Ø up to 96 mm VTS-10 Spindle speed up to: 14.500 U/min. Feed package 6", Ø up to 125 mm VTS-09 Spindle speed up to: 13.500 U/min. Feed package 6", Ø up to 140 mm VTS-08 Spindle speed up to: 12.500 U/min. HD-spindle The HD-spindle creates an efficient yarn balloon geometry that contributes to a high reduction on energy costs compared to traditional spindles. HD-spindles are available for machine types VTS-08 and VTS-10. Different feeding dimensions We have three feeding dimensions for FusionTwister: 6'', 7'' and 8'' for single feeding tubes.
