Description

Weighing is an extremely important aspect for flexible conveyor belt processes particularly when continuous and various material streams need to be measured. Schenck develops Process conveyor belt scales that meet these needs quite well. These conveyor belts can be placed literally anywhere from the pit, heavy, quarry or pit industry to food stuffs, chemical and food industries. Schenck Process conveyor belt scales deliver an unmatched accuracy of +/- 0.25% and are perfectly suited for a wide range of applications including legal trade weighing, supply and withdrawal internal balancing, throughput and consumption rate measurement for production systems, load limit signalling, logistics and production, load station batching and internal balancing, pre-feeder control. Schenck Multibelt® BMP is a two idler belt scale that is able to achieve feeds rates of an upwards of 15,000 t/h, while the Multibelt® BMC is a multi idler belt scale that reaches approximately 20,000 t/h. Single-idler belt scales: MULTIBELT® BEM is a single-idler belt scale for feed rates up to approximately 4,000 t/h, whereas MULTIBELT® BEP is a single-idler belt scale for feed rates up to around 6,000 t/h. Finally, MULTIBELT® BED is a single-idler belt scale for feed rates up to approximately 15,000 t/h. Flexible and maintenance-free: Whether using standard belt widths of 500 to 2,000 mm or a customised belt width beyond normal IEV belt widths, Schenck can provide the right solution for every application – solutions that are easy to plan, integratable and maintenance-free.
