The Purefeed® D is suitable for the gavimetric feeding small amount of powder. It is equipped with a system that regulates the feeding from 20 g/hr up to 2 kg/hr, through the use of a ceramic speed disc. The disc serves as the discharge operator, which is placed on the bottom of the cylindrical hopper. It separates the material supply from the opening that results to the prevention of unmeasured outflow. The bulk component, located inside the feeder, also avoids any compacting. Its non-pulsation feed mechanism and large adjustment range provides smooth gavimetric feeding without replacing the discharge process. It has a particle size of 3 µm up to 200 µm, as well as a bulk density of ≤ 1.4 kg/m3.
