High Speed Balancing and Overspeed Test Facilities
Our DH series of high speed balancing and overspeed test facilities are designed for testing turbines,
generators and compressors at operational speeds. The Schenck measuring system CABflex3 is used
in these facilities to balance and analyze the behavior of these flexible rotors.

Additional Stiffness
Our DH series bearing pedestals are equipped with isotropic supported bearings, providing equal stiffness in all bearing plane radial directions. They are suitable for use at extremely high balancing and test speeds. For this purpose, the stiffness of the bearing supports can be changed through remote-control. Avoiding passing through rotor resonances, and ensuring high stability especially during over speed tests.
