Midway fermentation chamber

DESCRIPTION Monobloc is an assembly of intermediate proofer, bread moulder and working table that, together with a divider rounder, saves valuable space in the bakeries. The Monobloc plant takes up just the place of the bread moulder and the divider rounder, as the proofer is placed under the moulder. So the proofer, usually a very voluminous machine, in this plant does not take any space in the bakery. The upper surface of the proofer also acts as a stainless steel working table when the conveyor belt of the moulder is lifted.
