  • Multi-function straight-barrel extraction tank with segmented-jacket heating; options for bottom steam and bottom-cover jacket heating to ensure uniform temperature distribution.

Operating principle (summary)
  • Components with lower boiling points vaporize first; vapors are condensed and separated into oil and water phases. Reflux or discharge is determined by process parameters. Oil–water separation relies on density differences to collect volatile oil and nicotine fractions.
