Operation principle and main components:
  • Principle: The system heats a dilute nicotine/alcohol solution slightly above nicotine's boiling point so nicotine vaporizes preferentially. Vapor rises through packed sections where vapor-liquid contact and mass/heat transfer increase ethanol concentration in rising vapor; nicotine vapor is condensed at the top to produce concentrated nicotine while unqualified fractions continue distillation.
  • Main components: preheater (vertical tubular heat exchanger using residual liquid heat), reboiler (evaporation chamber / distillation still with diversion inlet to enhance vapor-liquid separation), tower body (three-section packed tower with CY-700 corrugated stainless steel packing and slot/disc liquid distributors), condenser (horizontal tube condenser), cooler, tail cooler, reflux tank, forced reflux pump (explosion-proof magnetic drive centrifugal pump), rotor flow gauge and pipeline valves.
