High-precision stainless steel heating mixing tank designed for industrial mixing, blending and heating applications across pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food production.

Key features

• Inner tank: imported 316L stainless steel; outer shell: 304 stainless steel (mirror or matt finish).
• Heating coil in 304 stainless steel; insulation with high-temperature-resistant pearl cotton.
• Inner surface finish Ra 0.28–0.45 μm; working pressure: atmospheric; sterilization pressure: 0.15–0.3 MPa.
• Working temperature range 60°C–100°C; sterilization 121°C–132°C.
• Sanitary mechanical shaft seal; ISO quick-loading shaft interface; variable-frequency drive and global reducer options (e.g. Flander, SEW).

Standard configuration & options

• Agitator variants: slurry, anchor, frame, spiral, disperser, emulsifier (configurable).
• Level gauges: ultrasonic, static pressure, glass tube; thermometer: digital or dial.
• Sterile vent/air breather, steam sterilization port, CIP wash head (360° low-pressure cleaning), manhole, sight glass, lamp hole/mirror.
• Multiple inlet/outlet ports, fast-loading ISO interface, leakproof devices and microporous air filters for sterile filtration.

Functions

• Stirring, mixing, emulsifying and heat treatment driven by motor/reducer mounted on the top cover.
• Can be equipped with heating or cooling systems and configured for automated CIP and respirator filtration down to 0.2 μm for GMP processes.
