Water and steam dosing units for controlled addition of water and steam in industrial processes. Ready-to-install assembled units compatible with Novatronic control components.

Water dosing units

• Throughput with piston lift 1 mm: at 1.0 bar 0–500 l/h; at 3.0 bar 0–2,500 l/h
• Throughput with piston lift 2 mm: at 1.5 bar 0–1,250 l/h; at 3.0 bar 0–2,500 l/h
• Connection: 3/4"
• Delivered ready-to-install, assembled

High-capacity water variants

• Sizes: DN 15–DN 50
• Throughput at 3.0 bar: 1,800–15,500 l/h
• Electro-pneumatic proportional regulating valves recommended for sensitive lines or high throughput
• Delivered ready-to-install, assembled

Steam (damp) dosing units

• Sizes: DN 25–DN 65 with electro-pneumatic proportional regulating valves
• Additions at 8 bar: 625–3,750 kg/h
• Delivered ready-to-install, assembled

Novatronic compatibility

• Compatible with Novatronic C control unit and plasticity sensor
• Components proven in over 800 installations worldwide
