Oil separator

The Macfuge OM skids are pre-assembled and turnkey units to remove water and particles from the oil. Application principle: § - The separation of free water and particles is achieved thanks to the high centrifugal forces; § - The oil and the separated water are continuously discharged; § - To lower the viscosity, the oil is heated by the mean of an electrical heater; § - A recirculation group grants to reach the max. Temperature allowed, before separation; § - The system is designed to achieve the requested dewatering (usually < 0,5%), regardless the starting oil viscosity. Implementation: § - Self standing skid, it doesn’t need a dedicated foundation; § - the system is pre-cabled: only the cabinet must be connected to the power line (power supply according to local standards) § - Interface plate to group together the connections; § - All the hard connection can be provided according to local standards (flanged, threaded..) § - All the instruction for installation, connection, servicing and operating the unit are provided with detailed drawings § - Execution according to International Standards (e.g. NEMA, TRCU, EAC …);
