MACFUGE provides complete systems for cleaning industrial service fluids such as coolants, wash and cut liquids and mineral oils. Removing tramp oil, contaminating water or solid particles from these fluids considerably extends fluid life and reduces machine wear, improving product quality and increasing tool operating time. Cleaning industrial fluids also reduces odours and contributes to healthier working conditions. MACFUGE systems also remove contaminants from fuels such as Diesel Oil and Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) to meet increasingly stringent requirements in the Marine, Power and Oil industries.
Lube Oil System
MACFUGE cleaning systems purify lubricating and mineral oils by removing water, sludge and other contaminants. Extending lubricant service life and maintaining lubrication performance reduce operating costs and increase equipment availability.
Cooling and Cleaning
MACFUGE systems treat coolant and wash liquids to separate oil, grease and solid particles from water and oil-based emulsions. This reduces fluid consumption and machine wear while supporting environmental compliance and improved workplace conditions.
