Description

PlasmaConnect™ is a system based on C-ION™ technology for advanced oxidation using non-thermal plasma (NTP) generated from ionized ambient air. It is used in wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, and water reuse applications and generates reactive oxygen species (ROS) without any supply air treatment. The system is particularly suitable for the removal of anthropogenic trace substances as a fourth treatment stage, for the oxidation and removal of iron, manganese, and arsenic from raw water or groundwater, and for colour removal in water affected by humic substances. Furthermore, PlasmaConnect™ supports the suppression of bulking sludge in biological treatment processes.
