XP F (F = flexible) can deburr both components in cast iron, steel and ferrous alloys with a complete cycle (2 blows) and components in aluminum, copper, its alloys and zamak with a single cycle. The XP F is available both with a 260mm diameter chamber and variable length from 350mm to 500mm and operating pressure between 2 Bar and 20Bar, and with a 300mm diameter chamber and variable length from 420mm to 500mm and operating pressure between 2 Bar. and 15Bar; the size of the chamber is determined on the basis of the production needs of our customers. New-Tem deburring machines can be certified as conforming to INDUSTRY 4.0 measures. The machines can be served by robotic feeding systems or with automated or manual roller systems.
