Phthalic Anhydride Reactor The Company produce phthalic anhydride reactors, annual production capability of 5,000 tons, 10,000 tons, 20,000 tons, 30,000 tons, 40,000 tons, 50,000 tons, 60,000 tons, 80,000 tons, which can be used to produce naphthalene phthalic anhydride and orthophthalic anhydride. The phthalic anhydride reactor comprises a reaction device, molten salt cooler, steam superheater, vaporizer, regulating valve, balancing valve, molten salt pump, electric heater and air preheater, and gas cooler etc. The Company has contracted the design and manufacturing work of more than 60 sets phthalic anhydride reactors with annual production capacity of 5,000 tons/year to 80,000 tons/year; we can also design and manufacture more powerful versions of such equipment according to customer needs. The 80,000-ton reactor system is a single-set equipment of the largest production capacity among the phthalic anhydride reactors designed and manufactured in China, adopting the leading production technology, with the radial temperature difference being ≤±2℃ and the axial temperature difference being <4℃, having advanced level internationally. In 2018, an 80,000-ton reactor was supplied to T.C.L., India.
