EBZ series of centrifugal compressors are suitable for the applications of air or high pressure, toxic, flammable and explosive gas transportation in petrochemical industry generally. Structure of the compressor is of integral barrel type, multi-suction, multi-stage, high-speed, double supports and built-in intercooler. Models include 7 types. Flow range: 10~3000m3/min. Exhaust pressure: up to 25MPa. Impeller diameter: 250mm~1320mm. Stages: 2~9 stages. Serialization design, efficient three-dimensional impellers and proper matched model stages realize pressure ratio requirements and high-efficient operation. Rotor and inner stator could be pulled out directly for maintenance without removing the pipeline. Intake and exhaust air ducts could be flexibly designed according to actual situations. Inner cylinder is of horizontal splitting structure for easy maintenance. EBZ compressors are designed with mature and reliable modeling stages and advanced pneumatic calculation program, which has reached the international advanced technology level by many fields operation verification.
