Description

Wiskind Bicap™ rock wool cap roof sandwich panels combine rock wool and steel plate into a whole through factory automation equipment, thus changing the previous method of on-site compounding of rock wool panels. Under the premise, the goal of high quality, high efficiency, reliability and safety has been achieved. The Bicap™ version adopts the male and female sockets to be inserted and nailed, and then covers a cover plate at the socket. The hidden nail design ensures the waterproof effect and improves the service life of the overall roof. 1. Using high-quality water-repellent rock wool, the water-repellent rate is ≥98%, and the board surface is more stable; 2. No corrosive substances, safe and non-toxic; 3. Good fire protection effect, the fire rating can reach A1 level 1. The density ≥120kg/m3, the insulation and strenghth better. 2.The fireproof woolrotates 90 degree so that the wool fiber is perpendicular to the panel, the strength and tension resistance incereased by 50%. 3.The flame resistance level reaches level A, which has improved the overall fireproof performance of steel buildings. 4.The design of both side stops heat conduction and rain leakage. 5.The design of both side stops heat conduction and rain leakage. 6.Easy and convenient construction.
