The UV Piezo Inkjet RI54-FC is technologically very advanced and provides its clients with high-performance industrial printing solutions. This versatile printing system outputs outstanding printing speeds of 30-80 m/min with variable resolutions from 200 to 600 dpi. With a sturdy 54-mm printing width per nozzle and compatibility with CMYK color options, this printer is excellent for the variety of industrial jobs it’s suited for. The system uses UV inks with SGS certification and contains a large ink tank with a capacity of 1000ml per color. It processes multiple media such as silk, paper, PE, PVC, OPP, BOPP, and metal surfaces. The printer comes with features ranging from a water cooling system, PLC board-controlled negative pressure system, and an optional plasma system for better performance. Major technical features include a 350W UVLED power system, remote controlled LED signal transmission, and multi-data input types such as GS1 Codes, 2D codes, and variable data printing.
