Description

Product introduction: High-low temperature coolant test system for battery pack is specially used for thermal and hydrodynamic test on liquid-cooling battery pack. According to the demands of battery performance test, equipped with a variety of high performance sensors, the system can test flow rate, pressure and temperature of the battery pack coolant and can provide the temperature simulation, the pressure simulation and the flow simulation in the temperature range of -40~85℃. RS485, CAN and other communication protocols are supported, which make the communication with host computer or charging machine available. Heater and refrigeration units are controlled by multi-PID, which can simulate various working conditions for the battery reliability and stability test. Function: Wide temperature control range: -40℃~85℃, 0.1℃ for minimum temperature fluctuation. Direct cooling technology is used. Compressor takes part in the whole temperature control circulation, heating and cooling together. Heaters are equipped with pre-heat battery pack. VF high temperature circulation pump is used to avoid leakage. Flow and pressure can be set by equipping sensors and inlet&outlet pressure gauges. Equipped with equal-square valve to test the cooling channel inner resistance of motors. Applications: Take away the waste heat produced in the process of battery charging/discharging test. Battery pack heating test. High temperature test, to test battery pack's high temperature performance and stability. Thermal performance test, to test the efficiency of battery pack cooling system. Pressure drop test and flow resistance test, to test the inner resistance of battery pack.
