Overview
The Agri-Hydroclear is a lightweight side-to-side sheeting system for agricultural tipping trailers, ejector trailers and walking floor trailers. This simple, automated tarpaulin solution is easily retrofitted and ideal for heaped loads, giving a watertight seal and excellent heat retention. The system has been widely used across the UK truck market for over 20 years with many thousands of sheeting systems in service.

Operation and construction
The system uses straps and reliable hydraulic motors to guide and secure a PVC tarpaulin over the full range of agricultural bodies and trailers. Tarpaulins for the Agri-Hydroclear are manufactured in-house to exacting specifications and details are logged alongside each body or trailer number for ease of replacement and maintenance.

Health and safety / Compliance
Devices for securing the tarpaulin are designed to secure the load quickly and safely and to comply with relevant health and safety legislation. The system is engineered to operate efficiently from ground level, reducing the need for operators to access elevated areas during sheeting operations.

Replacement parts and support
Replacement parts for the Agri-Hydroclear system and associated tarpaulins are held in stock. Tarp records are kept for all builds to allow quick and accurate replacement of components and tarpaulins when required.
