Overview
The X-Range is a hydraulic sheeting system designed for hookloaders and drawbar trailers. It extends and retracts laterally to comply with vehicle type-approval legislation. The driver can adjust the tarp mechanism safely from ground level so that a spring roller sits neatly on the rear of the container; tarpaulin side flaps are then pulled down and secured with an extending hook to retain the load.

Paint finish
Shur-Co® painted steelwork is treated through a 6-point paint process for long-term durability and colour retention: adhesive stripping, shot blasting, degreasing, zinc-rich primer, barrier protective primer and a final topcoat meeting GSB standard and Qualicoat Class 1.

Health and Safety/Compliance
All devices for securing and operating the tarpaulin are engineered for rapid, safe use from ground level and to meet relevant health and safety legislation. The system design prioritises ground-level operation to reduce operator risk and speed up load securing.
