2 Meters Steel Ball Drop Test Machine with IEC 60950-1 Standard adopts DC electromagnetic control method. The steel ball of the required weight is placed under the electromagnetic suction cup, the steel ball is automatically sucked up, pressing the falling key,the steel ball is released by the suction cup. The steel ball will do free fall testing. and impact the surface of the piece. The drop height can be adjusted up and down, a height scale is attached to know the drop height of the product. Keep the testing sample inside of the Safety fence,adjust the position of sample by the infrared light spot then Fix the sample by the clamp. 2.twist the handle, adjust the required height, then tight it. 3. Power on (220v) 4. Press the power switch, power indication light on. 5. Press the start button,choose the required steel ball,touch the electromagnet, steel ball will be be absorbed on the electromagnet. 6.Press test bottom to start the test 7.Switch off the power after finishing the test
