The CPS HM11-TB is basically a SIAT side drive, manually adjusted, automatic hotmelt carton sealer. It aids in automatic folding of top flaps and sealing cartons of the same sizes. It can accommodate a carton size range of (W x H x L) min: 150 x 150 x 200 and max: 500 x 500 x 500. This SIAT equipment carries a 12 month single shift warranty on parts and labor. It can be optionally fabricated with expandable conveyor up to 3 mtr, fixed infeed/outfeed roller conveyors up to 1 mtr or 1/2 mtr, top sealing in model HM11-T, nordson hot melt unit etc. The unit can offer a production rate of 10-15 cartons per minute. It is in-built with a safety emergency stop, access door interlocks and pneumatic air dump. It also accommodates side pressure rollers, pneumatic top flap folder, obatec hot melt glue heads / generator, independent side drives etc, It requires a 3 phase 415V 3PH power supply and 6 bar filtered compressed air for a smooth functioning.
