A new customized electro-hydraulic workshop press is ready to reach its final destination. This hydraulic press is equipped with two separate workstations, each of which is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder that develops a pressure of 300 tons. The distance between the cylinder stem and the work surfaces is 1880mm and this allows the processing of particularly bulky materials. On the electrical panel there is a selector to choose which workstation to use and the machine works by using the lever and the button simultaneously, as required by European safety standards. The 10Hp hydraulic power unit is separated from the machine frame and is connected to the press by 3-meter long hydraulic pipes. The tank has a maximum capacity of 125 liters. The two hydraulic cylinders have a stroke of 500mm and produce an approach speed of 22mm/sec, while the working speed is 2mm/sec. The two work platforms of this customized electro-hydraulic workshop press are completely surface milled and are welded to the press frame.
