Compared to the previous series, they are characterized by significantly improved torque density, higher maximum speeds, a wider constant power range and higher overload.
In addition to the SIMOTICS built-in synchronous motors, this means that applications for machines in job shops and mold making, as well as turning, milling and grinding machines can be addressed more intensively.

SIMOTICS M-1FE1 synchronous built-in motors are particularly compact highly-dynamic main spindle motors especially geared towards use in machine tools. They are characterized by very high quality of machining, short ramp-up times, the highest accuracy and running smoothness. Depending on the application, versions for very high torque utilization or high maximum speeds (high speed) are available.
