Factory & Supply ChainManufacturing capacity for vacuum interrupters has been expanded to secure supply. Investments include an upgraded Berlin production site operating on 100% renewable energy to support increased vacuum interrupter output and supply-chain reliability.
EU-supported LIFE Blue projectThe LIFE Blue project (GIS 420 kV) validates the economic and technical viability of an F-gas-free 420 kV GIS under real grid conditions. Supported by EU funding and carried out with transmission system operator partners, the project demonstrates clean-air insulation and vacuum switching at higher voltages.
