The Signode SLP Series Pneumatic Sealless Combination Tools The SLP series are a pneumatic sealless combination tools designed for demanding applications such as aluminium ingots, wire/rod coils, plate steel, stamping and cut-to-length operations. While the seal provided by the SLP Series 4 is every bit as secure as a traditional metal seal, the sealless technology offers a host of advantages – saving the cost and inventory of metal seals and eliminating the need for operators to load magazines. What’s more, sealless joints are also flatter, thereby reducing potential indentation damage when loads are stacked. The SLP Series is designed for use with steel strapping in sizes from 12.7mm x 0.43mm to 19mm x 0.64mm and can be used with both Signode’s Apex® and Magnus® strapping.
