Standard parts for moulds

Thanks to the experience it has acquired over the years and its competent and well-trained technical staff SILMEK is able to offer a series of high-quality molds for the cast-resin transformer industry. The molds can be produced on the basis of our standard design or in accordance with the client’s design. The Silmek bases have been designed and produced as a structural support for the assembly of the casting molds and, on request, with wheels for the process of entering the oven/autoclave. Thanks to the experience we have acquired over the years and a high level of precision in the construction process we are able to produce a mold that is easy to extract from the resin-coated coil. • Low weight • Reduced thicknesses • Geometrical precision This can be produced according to Silmek standards or on the basis of the client's requirements.
