Induction heater simatherm IH 070 The IH 070 is intended to heat smaller to medium-sized work pieces up to 120 kg (264 lbs). Due to the external induction coil the device exemplifies efficiency. The medium-sized simatherm induction heater for roller bearings and other circular metal workpieces up to 400 mm (15.8 in) bore diameter and a cross section of 145 x 205 mm (5.7 x 8.1 in). With the integrated time and temperature controls, roller bearings can be heated to the prescribed 110°C (230°F) while other circular metal workpieces can be heated to 400°C (752°F). ■ For rolling bearings weighing up to 120 kg (264 lbs) ■ For workpieces with inner diameter of 20 to 400 mm (0.8 to 15.8 in) ■ Also included: 3 yokes, 1 temperature probe, 1 pair of protective gloves ■ Available for voltages of 100, 115 and 230 V With simatherm induction heaters, rolling bearings and other ring-shaped metal parts can be heated in a highly efficient manner.
