Description

The Simem MobyMix series of mobile batching and mixing plants offer the latest technology for all kind of “on-site” concrete production. The MobyMix series are the perfect choice for contractors and ready mix producers in need a mobile solution for projects like roads, airports, tunnels, dams or any other application where mobility and install time are important factors. Factors that make the MobyMix the right choice are: • Transport on standard trucks. No special equipment or permits required. • The heavy and solid structure for mixer and aggregate storage provide a stabile support normally only found on stationary plants • The aggregate section is designed as a square containing weighing devices and also skip hoist and foldable structure for it, (if applicable) within its limits. • A unique design of the mixer platform, including the patented foldable legs, allow for a minimum of foundations. • During transport the mixing platform supports the mixer as well as the foldable structure for the skip hoist drive unit or the belt conveyor. • Mixer support structure is prepared to support the structure for cement, water and additive dosing units on top of it, and with pre-wiring of electrical and pneumatic equipment, a short install time is guaranteed. • The Simem MobyMix is delivered in 4 different versions, with capacity from 25 – 90 m³ per hour, integrating (depending on model) the Simem twin shaft or planetary mixers.
