Sistem Teknik has provided ready to go and completely automated het treatment lineups that include pre washing machines, automatic loading system, hardening furnace, seconder washing machine, automatic loader system, quenching machine, darkening machine and tempering furnaces for the past 4 years. These systems adhere to CQI-9 specifications and are perfectly suited for carburising, carbonitriding, annealing, hardening and tempering of the fasteners, forgings, castings and precision equipment. The comfortable handling deign reduces damage to the parts and provied excellent field dependability. The magnetic load system gets rid of the deformation of the sensitive parts while loading and eradicates the noise from the vibration feeders. Furthermore, the mesh belt or cast link belt conveying chice in the hardening furnaces make it possible to heat treat a broad range of parts in the CL lines. Dual flaps located at the inlet of the hardening and carburising furnace are available for the cast link belt version, which completely secludes the atmosphere of the furnace from the outside.
