The big – bag filler is used for filling vegetables into big bags. The machine consists of the following main components: - Chassis frame in steel. - Elevator belt frame in steel, driving and turning rollers placed at their respective ends of the cross-brace, driving unit – usually an electric motor, an endless vulcanised conveyor belt in rubber fitted with cleats. - Zigzag drop damper with steel frame and damping clothin PVC and electric motor to raise and lower the drop damper. • Automatical box switch by turntable functionality • Replacement of full box is registered by the operators remote control • Gentle filling start in a new box with SKALS automatically FDS falldamper • Wide boxes evenly filled by turning movement driven by sensor • Space saving solution compared to traditional side by side double box fillers • Low building height ensures easy integration in existing process lines • Flexible and easy to relocate – forklift interface - plug and play
