The Somex CO2 tester performs a fully automated replication of the industry standard Zahm Nagel handshake method.The Somex CO2 tester can handle product which is packaged in can, glass bottle or plastic bottle, up to 3 litres capacity. The Mechanical Shaker pierces the package and introduces a temperature probe into the beverage. After the sample is shaken for a user defined time the pressure and temperature of the contents are measured.
