The machine, suitable to work softy and semi-tough doughs, is equipped with stainless steel hopper for a capacity of 20 kg. abt. The dough, gently handled thanks to a dosing star system, is compressed in the portion chambers, which appropriately adjusted give the required weight. Once the weight is fixed, the dough pieces are discharged and enters the rounding drum, which is easily interchangeable according to the requested weight. During the machine operation it is possible by potentiometer to make the contemporaneous and independent regulation of the rounding and production speed. Finally the pieces properly rounded are deposited on the outlet spreading belts (optional). The machine can be equipped with electronic adjustment of production and rounding speed or it can be equipped with a “Touch screen” control panel with 50 setting programs and PLC for the adjustment of weight, production speed and rounding speed. Hourly production from 800 to 1600 pcs/h for row. Weight range from 20 to 180 gr. according with the dividing set up.
It is absolutely necessary that, for each order, the client specifies the requested weight range, considering that every rounding drum permits a very restricted weight range.
The standard machine is equipped with no.1 dividing set-up and single outfeed belt.
