Thanks to its compact dimensions the joystick M0N-W is ideal for installation in housings with a low height. In spite of its compact design it is available as a single-axis or dual-axis version with spring return. Its body, made of resistant plastic, serves as a carrier for microswitches with blade terminal connections. Depending on the switching direction, one or two microswitches are installed, each with a changeover contact. Thus, single-pole (W) as well as dual-pole switching functions (2W) can be implemented. The 2SW version offers successively switching contacts in single-pole design. For special switching functions The hollow lever, made of metal for stability, permits mounting of a handle with pushbutton. For applications that demand special switching functions, the joystick can be equipped with a cross gate or a special gate. Because it is lightweight, it is ideally suited for installation in portable control stations and in fixed operating stations as a joystick for auxiliary functions.
