Protein sheath production line

Spomasz offer includes all basic devices for the production of natural sheaths from collagen fibres for cured meat products. Collagen mass is produced from splits and parts of cattle skins, subjected to chemical and mechanical processing. The protein sheath obtains its final properties during the careful process of drying and air-conditioning. Produced devices are used in installations in Poland, China and Yugoslavia.
