DLyte1D series are the smallest available machines using the patented Drylyte technology for grinding and polishing cobalt chrome and titanium alloys for the dental industry. It is designed for small laboratories. Available for all types of dental skeletals, spacers, crowns, bars, anatomic structures, implants and orthodontics brackets. Capacity of 1 RPD, 3 crowns or cemented structures, 4 bars or implant bridges and more than 10 abutments for each working cycle with an average of 50-60 minutes time cycle.

The workpieces are clamped in specially designed holding systems in the DLyte machines. The holder of DLyte1 is dragged with a combination of planetary movement, vertical back-and-forth motion and rotation on its vertical axis inside the drum containing the Dry electrolyte media. The machine includes a high-performance cathode inside the perimeter of the drum allowing uniform electrical fields to achieve homogeneous results across the surface. The automatic media conductivity adjustment system consists in a conductivity tester and a high precision pump which adjusts the media conductivity automatically.
