Steyr Automotive operates one of Europe’s largest paint shops for truck plastic add-on parts, as well as a metal paint shop and a manual paint line. Facts and Figures about the plant: - Current exterior plastic components include: pre-assembly scopes for MAN production network. ​ - Capacity approx. 3 million individual parts per year​ - Waste-water-free paint mist separation​ - 36 robots in our paint booths​ - More than 800 active colours per year​ - Logistical supply of the assembly plants with more than 13,000 parts per day, exclusively ‘just in sequence’​ - Handling of approx. 80 truck trailers per day, inbound & outbound​ - Material supply of more than 1,300 paint skids per day​
