This model is based on the FLS ECO 120 model, but differs primarily in extended parameters such as cutting height, rear stop positioning, electric cutting height adjustment, and a larger foot pedal. The saw is primarily used in small and medium-sized operations focused on various applications for the processing of wood, as well as non-wood materials. The FLS ECO 170 saw can process prisms, boards, beams, and large-sized materials. The input material can be ripped, trimmed, cross cuted, shaped, and used to produce cross-sections and lamellas. The maximum cutting height is 170 mm. The saw can be operated by a single worker.
