Pallet nailing machine SMPA 2.ED

The SMPA 2.ED nailing machine is designed for nailing single-operation 2-way and 4-way pallets. The capacity of the machine is 1-2 pallets per minute. Standardly, the machine is equipped with a universal template for preparing the top and bottom parts of the pallet. The nailing process itself operates on the principle of an electromechanical drive (two linear actuators) with minimal electricity consumption. The nailing machine can work independently or can be integrated into an automatic palletizing line with processing and stacking of pallets. The machine's operation is managed by two workers. What types of pallets can you nail? - Nailing of two-way and four-way pallets. - For single-operation pallets A single-operation pallet, or all its parts, are manufactured in the same nailing cycle. What is the capacity and serviceability of the nailing machine? - The capacity of the nailing machine is 500 pcs/shift (8 hours). - The machine is operated by two workers. What dimensions of pallets can be manufactured? Universal template (basic equipment) - This template can be used to manufacture various types of pallets, thanks to simple readjustment using an Allen key. The basic configuration is set according to customer's wish, or for a classic pallet construction (e.g., EUR). - Pallet width from 600 mm to 1200 mm (optionally up to 1500 mm without preparation of the bottom part of the pallet-legs and aftertreatment) - Pallet length from 600 mm to 1500 mm (optionally 2000, 2500, and 3000 mm) - If changing the type of pallet, the template also needs to be adjusted Fixed template (optional equipment)
