with rinsing

The machine is designated for washing of smoking sticks. It consists of drum for washing and rinsing, drive and control panel. Loading the sticks into the drum is manually and must be max. 2/3 of the capacity of the drum, so that better washing result is reached. For the washing is used general water supply. Heating can be done with electrical heaters, steam injectors or hot water can be provided direct from the user. Automatic dosing system is used for adding and concentration controlling of the washing solution. Electromechanical lock prevents opening of the door during washing and rinsing. Filling, detergent dosing, washing, rinsing and draining are carried out automatically. The duration and temperature of washing and rinsing are adjustable. The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) and complies with the Council Directives 2006/42/ЕС and 2006/95/EC, and USDA regulations.
