Piling diesel rod hammers MSDSH are used for driving piles into the ground. The striking part of the rod hammers is a cylinder, in contrast to the movable piston of the tubular hammers.
The hammers are equipped with a redundant striking stop system.
Lubricant access to the piston rings is provided through two diametrically opposite holes.
The rods are attached with a full selection of clearances.
The fuel pump has a strainer.
The rod hammer is equipped with a lightweight striker release system.
The injectors have an original design that improves fuel injection.
Self-centering spherical headgear is used.
The rubbing surfaces of the mechanism are provided with a special coating - “Polizam” epilam, which increases the wear resistance of parts and allows to increase the period of maintenance-free operation of the unit.
