These premoulding and reactivating stations have been offered since the company's foundation. Designed for footwear manufacturers (women’s, men’s and children’s ranges), they perform reactivating, premoulding and complete flanging of the lasting margin. Machines are supplied with moulds and pads suited to the selected models and can be configured for children, women, men, boots, sandals and KNEIPP models.
Production capacity: 800–1400 pairs per 8 hours. Common footprint: 700 × 500 mm; height: 1 300 mm (408/409 series) or 1 750 mm (489 series). Installed power and air consumption vary by model.

- Pulling pincers: available on 408 TSMP and 409 GP.
