The project is located in Anji Tiger Domestic Waste Sorting Center. The designed capacity of bulky waste is 100 tons/day, and the single line treatment capacity is 10-15 tons/hour. It is an important part of Tiger Waste Recycling. Using "one-stop collection at the front end, one-line of recycling, and one-network for intelligent supervision" . The construction of bulky waste treatment system has greatly improved the efficiency of waste cleaning and sorting, Realize the closed-loop system of "classification-collection-transportation-sorting-recycling-reuse" for bulky waste in Anji city, representing the practical implementation of the "dual networks integration" model of waste classification and renewable resources recovery. The mode of this project is typical and can be widely applied to the treatment of bulky waste, dry waste, recyclable waste and resource recovery in different cities. Bulky waste can be defined as the waste of weight more than 5 kg, volume more than 0.2 cubic meters or length more than 1 meter, which is need to be dismantled, reused and disposed. Bulky waste such as old furniture, waste mattress, waste sofas and landscaping waste are difficult to be collected and transported due to their large size. Bulky waste occupies 3%~5% of MSW. Aiming at a series of problems, such as the storage area and transportation, the shredding system was born to solve the bulky waste. This system is mainly consist of heavy chain plate conveyor, double shaft shredder, magnetic separator, de-dust system and intelligent control system etc.
