Built in anodized aluminum alloy, belt/driven transmission, fan/assisted motor, Italian RASSPE blade, s/steel small metal components, blue anodized aluminium knobs, cast/in aluminium sharpener assembly with tray, s/steel slice deflector, carriage release device, blade guard safety micro/switch, IP67 controls, cutting thickness 0/24mm, pulley with sealing ring. The new thickness gauge plate design together with the distance between the blade and the shaft allow easy and accurate cleaning operations.
