Density sensor TS-x series

Minute changes in the permeability of Toner Density/Quantity can be detected along with the high-accuracy controlling of printers with these Toner Density/Quantity Sensors due to the differential transformer that has been optimized for toner detections. They can be used for wide ranges of Toner Density/Quantity due to our own ferrite cores in the differential transformer. A wide range of adjustments can be made for the offset and sensibility for high-sensitivity outputs and the characteristics of various toners with the differential transformer, and also included are controlling functions for sensor calibrations even after the machine is installed. They are used for applications such as the detecting of the density of two-component developers for printers and magnetic powder quantity.
