Overview CarXield by TDK is a standardized EMC filter platform developed for automotive high-voltage DC inverter applications. It addresses EMI issues in e-mobility powertrains and is offered in multiple variants for use at 500 V DC or 1000 V DC with rated currents up to 400 A at +85 °C. Configurations are available with or without integrated busbar and can be adapted for specific inverter integration requirements.
