The new Safety loading/unloading system by TECH-Euroengineering represents a revolutionary step in the motion control for presses: it doesn’t require any conveyor belt or other motion devices. The new motion control works thanks to a rotation angle unit with variable position, which picks the cut row piece up and then positions it in the right location for the robotic gripping. This system can automatically manage all the variables. The robot, endowed with the TECH-TAKE400 pincer, moves through the press side window and positions the piece on the mold or to the transfer location.
